• Payment Verification: bKash, Nagad, or Rocket Transaction ID (TrxID) and sender number for payment reconciliation.
• Installation Specifications: Site address and cabling requirements provided for installation requests.

2. CCTV & Camera Feed Privacy

We take your surveillance and personal privacy seriously:

• We do not record, mirror, or store your live camera feeds or recorded footage.
• Video streams operate directly between your camera, your local NVR/storage, and the official manufacturer cloud app (Hik-Connect, Imou Life, EZVIZ, or DMSS).
• Our engineers help you set your own master passwords during setup. We do not keep copies of your passwords or 2FA credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to deliver services to you:

• Processing and shipping your order through our courier partners (Steadfast, Sundarban, etc.).
• Registering official manufacturer warranties with authorized Bangladesh distributors.
• Verifying manual mobile payments and preventing fraudulent orders.
• Coordinating on-site technician visits and after-sales support.

4. Payment Information Security

We never request or store sensitive financial data such as bank account PINs, debit/credit card CVV numbers, or one-time passwords (OTPs). Payments made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangla QR are completed by you on your own device, and we only verify the public transaction reference.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with:

• Delivery Couriers: Name, address, and phone number to deliver your parcel.
• Manufacturer Service Centers: Invoices and serial numbers for warranty repairs or replacements.
• Legal Authorities: Only when strictly required by Bangladesh law.
